Personalization: This mug can be personalized with a name on the centre front of the mug. In the Personalization box type your name exactly the way you would like it including upper and lower case letters and your font colour choice, ex. JENNIFER / Black.
You can use a maximum of 10 characters, this includes any spaces.
Font Colour Choices: Black or Red.

POD Shipping & Returns
POD products are not kept in stock by us, but are made to order by different manufacturers, who will then ship it to you.
If your order includes both our in stock products and POD products the POD products will be shipped separately and will have a separate shipping cost which is determined by the manufacturer.
The manufacturer will also provide tracking information for your order.
Since we do not make the product we do not except returns or exchanges on POD items.
However if you receive a wrong item or it is damaged please contact us so we can get it sorted out with the manufacturer.
