Shipping Policy

Below are estimates of our processing time, however once your items are in post we have no control of when you will receive your delivery.

Ready to Ship Items:

Are packaged and ready to go in 3-5 business days. If you purchase custom order items along with a ready to ship items the 4-6 weeks process time applies.

Once your order is in the post we have no control of how long it will take to be delivered to you, however you will be updated if you have a tracking number.

Dyed to Order:

These types of listings are sometimes made available for a short period of time.

For example limited addition colours or yarn clubs fall into this category where the customer has more flexibility to choose the yarn base and quantities of select colours.

There is a process time of approx 4-6 weeks before dyed to order items are ready to ship. You will be notified when your order has been shipped.

Important Note:

Please review and check your order and personal information for accuracy before sending it to us. We are not responsible for any delays or misdirected shipments or the sending of wrong product because of failure to provide accurate information and under these circumstances are under no obligation to replace, refund or compensate for product you may or may not have received. However if possible we do our best to come up with a solution that is fare for both parties.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping Rates are determined by weight. For example 0kg-0.5kg = approx 1-3 skeins of yarn.

These rates only apply to ready to ship items from this site, not custom or wholesale orders.

Prices are subject to change. Purchaser is responsible for any additional shipping charges (ex. customs fees, duties, taxes).

Canada:

(Express 1-2 business days) $22.00 CAD on orders between 0kg-2kg

(Standard 3-9 business days) $15.00 CAD on orders between 0kg-2kg

(Standard 3-9 business days) $22.00 CAD on orders between 2kg-30kg

United States:

(Express 2-3 business days) $35.00 CAD on orders between 0kg-1.5kg

(Standard International 4-8 business days) $10.00 CAD on orders between 0kg-0.5kg

(Standard International 4-8 business days) $20.00 CAD on orders between 0.5g-1.5kg

(Standard International 4-8 business days) $30.00 CAD on orders between 1.5g-30kg
