Cavell Sweater - Knitting Pattern
The Cavell Sweater combines traditional snow themed motifs along with geometric accents for a modern Fair Isle style look. A beautiful hand dyed Blue Faced Leicester wool yarn was used to create this relaxed fit garment that is perfect for the slopes, a hike or just lounging in front of the fireplace.
SIZING: 1 (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9)
Finished Chest: 38 (42, 46, 52, 56, 60, 65, 70)”/ 96.5 (106.5, 117, 132, 142, 152.5, 165, 178)cm
Choose the size that will give the fit you prefer. Sample shown in size 3 on a chest circ of 42”/ 106.5cm. The fit is 4” positive ease.
YARN USED:
Pasture Sock - 80% SW BFL Wool/20% Nylon, 4oz (115g), [420yd (384m)] 3 ply
This is a fingering weight yarn with a recommended gauge of 27-32 sts using 2.25-3.25mm (US 1-3) needle.
