What Are POD Products?
Simply put these are items that are made to order and are fulfilled by other manufacturers.
This allows us to gradually introduce a diverse array of hand illustrated products that appeal to makers, crafters and lovers of all things creative.
POD Shipping & Returns
CA/US Orders: Free Shipping option available for most POD Products. It will be indicated in the product description if an item has free shipping.
If an item does not have free shipping as an option the shipping rate will be shown at checkout as determined by the manufacturer.
International POD Orders: Shipping rate determined by manufacturer and rate will be shown at checkout.
POD products are not kept in stock by us, but are made to order by different manufacturers, who will then ship it to you.
If your order includes both our in stock products (ex. yarn) and POD products, shipping will be charged just for our in stock items if the location is in Canada or USA. International orders will see an additional shipping cost.
POD products are shipped separately by the manufacturer and they will provide tracking information for your order.
Since we do not make the product, we do not except returns or exchanges on POD items.
However if you receive a wrong item or it is damaged please contact us so we can get it corrected with the manufacturer.
