POD products are not kept in stock by us, but are made to order by different manufacturers, who will then ship it to you.
If your order includes both our in stock products (ex. yarn) and POD products shipping will be charged just for the in stock items.
POD products will be shipped separately by the manufacturer at no additional cost.
The manufacturer will also provide tracking information for your order.
Since we do not make the product, we do not except returns or exchanges on POD items.
However if you receive a wrong item or it is damaged please contact us so we can get it sorted out with the manufacturer.
